Mobile quality management for all hydraulic torque wrenches: ITH Static Torque Tester.
With the ITH Static Torque Tester all hydraulic torque wrenches (including other brands) can be tested on their proper function and precision. The testing can be carried out before use or due to regular maintenance intervals.
Easy to use software and automatic test reports
ITH recommends the option "digital": An easy to use application software manages all relevant test results to offer an easy option for documentation. The test reports can be transferred automatically to a PDF or Excel file.
Safety for users and tools
Especially useful is the mobile use: the Static Torque Tester can be used directly on site, where the bolting tools are in use. This increases their profit: the torque wrenches spend less time being maintained and more time on tightening bolt connections.
With a safety housing the Static Torque Tester additionally provides reliable and safe working conditions for the operator.
Compatibility
The flexible reaction point of the testing unit allows testing and certification of all torque wrenches (including other brands).
