Encouraging independent working

According to the training plan of the Industry and Commerce (CCI), ITH offers qualified training by employees supported by management and external trainers for the training program. You will be exposed to all the business applications and work in various departments to learn all different company fields. We expect conscientiousness, commitment, ability to work in a team, sense for tidiness, and punctuality.

Further education and job development

After completing the apprenticeship ITH supports further education for employees. We support work toward degrees like "certified expert", "technician", "master tradesmen", "business administration" or other university courses. With commitment and knowledge, one can easily climb up the career ladder. This is proven by various employees within the company.

ITH Bolting Technology established long-term and productive relationships with the leading technical institutions in Germany for research purposes and projects.
