The Smart Tools product family offers innovative solutions for demanding bolt connections in industry. Thanks to software-supported processes, real-time monitoring and cloud documentation, every bolt connection becomes a transparent, safe and efficient process.
Semi-auto stretch with PD ALPHA
The system enables fully automatic “hands-free” bolt connections with maximum process reliability in accordance with VDI 2862. All data such as pressure, preload and torque are detected and documented and evaluated in real time via the ITH Cloud.

Components
Hydraulic power unit
The hydraulic unit reliably generates pressure with Hydro Booster technology. Oil cooling system, NIOX coating and replaceable components ensure a long service life and simple maintenance.
Control panel
The control panel enables safe control via a 10.1'' TFT touch display. Fast processors and integrated safety elements guarantee ergonomic operation and high reliability.
Bolt Tensioning Cylinder
The Bolt Tensioning Cylinder enables the hydraulic, torsionless tightening of bolts. Equipped, featured with a sensor and unscrewing device, it impresses with its precision, compact design and process reliability.
Lifting frame (optional)
The lifting frame facilitates the bolting process through ergonomic handling. It reduces lever loads, can be used for various BTC sizes and increases work safety with guide rollers and fall protection.
ITH Cloud - ready to connect
The ITH Cloud is the digital data management system for bolting technology. Assembly processes and bolting data are stored centrally, accessed online and analyzed in real time – for greater transparency, process reliability and predictive maintenance.
