Which returns can I register using the form?
You can use the form to register all returns – this includes returns, the return of rental tools and submissions for maintenance, repair or complaints.
How long will it take to process my return?
We usually check your request within 5 working days. We will then provide you with all the information you need to proceed.
Who organizes the return shipment?
By default, you return the tool to us independently after registration. If there are special requirements (e.g. collection by a logistics partner), we can also agree other return routes on a case-by-case basis.
Do I have to pack the tool specially for the return shipment?
Yes, please pack the tool securely for transportation and enclose the return documents. This ensures that the tool arrives undamaged and complete.
Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?
Yes, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail after registration. Once we have received your return, your process will be documented and we will inform you of the next steps.
