With the ALPHA option, angle-controlled tightening occurs, which enables particularly precise bolt connections. This advanced control method ensures optimum control over the entire bolting process.
The Docu documentation software offers a comprehensive solution for process monitoring and documentation, including ALPHA. This allows all bolting processes to be tracked seamlessly and quality-relevant data to be stored professionally

Intelligent process control
The ADS 4 allows you to set | to adjust all relevant screwdriving parameters directly on the device. Torque, rotation angle / angle of rotation, unit selection as well as standby and free-running times can be conveniently configured via the integrated color LCD display. The OK and NOK display supports clear and safe process evaluation directly during application.
Powerful drive technology
The compact high-powered planetary gearbox ensures high rotational speeds and efficient work processes. The 1-speed technology provides a constant power level across the entire torque range and enables precise bolt connections without any loss of power.
Maximum flexibility in use
As part of the CAS Cordless Alliance System, the ADS 4 is compatible with powerful LiHD batteries in various capacities. In combination with ITH accessories and customized support solutions, the ADS 4 can be optimally adapted to different industrial applications.

ITH RAM system – low-reaction bolting
The ITH RAM system enables bolt connections to be tightened and loosened completely without a reaction arm. The tightening torque is applied axially, which means that no bending or shearing forces are generated in the bolt connection. This increases work safety, shortens the screwing time and protects adjacent components from damage. The innovative ITH RAM Disc also offers reliable protection against the connection loosening automatically.
