Aero-DAX series Specifications

The ITH DA series hydraulic power units have been specially developed for mobile and mains-independent use for bolting work. They combine high reliability with simple operation and are the ideal solution for service calls, construction sites and maintenance work where a flexible and powerful pressure supply is required.

Compact pneumatic power unit for professional applications
The Aero-DAX 19 hydraulic power unit has been specially developed for use in service and production applications. Thanks to its strong and resistant design and compact construction, it is ideal for mobile use on construction sites or in the workshop. Its low weight and compact dimensions make it easy to transport and handle, even in confined space conditions.

High operating speed thanks to multi-stage flow rate system
The power unit works with a multi-stage flow rate, which ensures a high operating speed of the connected torque wrench at any working pressure. This enables fast and precise bolt connections and increases productivity in the assembly process.

Simple and safe operation
The torque scale on the high pressure gauge allows direct setting of the hydraulic pressure or torque on the power unit. The intuitive controls and one-man operation ensure maximum user-friendliness and safety. The aluminum ribbed tank ensures optimum temperature compensation and protects the system even during longer periods of use.

Flexible and versatile
The Aero-DAX 19 is compatible with all ITH torque wrenches and optimally matched to the 2-hose system type CX. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and can be flexibly connected to different compressed air systems using adapters.

Exhaust air filter to contactor the components
Aluminium contactor and transport frame: stable, weight-optimized, with lifting point
Internal oil bath motor for long-lasting and low-maintenance operation
Ribbed tank for optimum temperature equalization
Pneumatic remote control for quick and convenient, easy-to-use one-man operation
Cycle counter: simple traceability of tightening cycles for maintenance management

Oil level sight glass for quickly checking the oil level
Control light for voltage supply (neutral conductor) – signals voltage fluctuations, e.g. when operating with generators
Fast-operating 2-hose system, ideal for use with ITH CX hydraulic wrenches
