Hydro-DAX V-2 Specifications

The Hydro-DAX V-2 series is the logical further development for reliable and efficient bolted connections in everyday industrial applications. With state-of-the-art hydraulic technology, vertical design and comprehensive system expertise, ITH is setting standards in performance and user-friendliness.

Powerful hydraulics for every task
The Hydro-DAX V-2 series achieves a market-leading maximum pressure of 850 bar, ensuring a fast, precise oil supply even for demanding applications. The vertical designing guarantees an optimized power-to-weight ratio and minimal space requirements.

Modular compatibility for all systems
Thanks to universal interfaces, the power unit is flexibly usable – for hydraulic torque wrenches with single and double hose systems as well as lifting cylinders from any manufacturer. This versatility enables efficient processes in a wide range of industrial fields.

Long-term reliability and high safety
A strong and resistant aluminum housing with multi-ribbed tank and a powerful fan ensure constant temperature compensation – even under increased workloads or in demanding environments such as international construction sites.

Intuitive operation and maintenance-friendly
The series is optionally available with a digital pressure gauge, which displays torque and pressure with high precision. The bolted protective frame improves maintenance accessibility and the cable carrier enables convenient, easy-to-use storage of the supply cables and remote control.

Automated bolting and angle-controlled tightening (especially when used in conjunction with ITH torque wrenches)
