The Travel-MAX is the mobile version of the pneumatic hydraulic power unit in a strong and resistant transport case - ideal for service and assembly work where flexibility and independence from the power supply are required.
With ITH Smart Tools, you can make a wide variety of bolting tools simple and smart – regardless of the device type. Thanks to the cloud connection, you can detect, monitor and document assembly processes centrally, across locations and in real time. Benefit from maximum transparency, efficiency and traceability in your production.

Flexibly usable – independent of the power supply
The Aero-MAX hydraulic power units are operated with standard compressed air systems, making them the ideal choice for locations without available power sources. This makes them particularly suitable for construction sites, the offshore sector and for applications in the oil and gas industry, where explosion-protected solutions are often required.
Compact design for mobile use
With their low weight and compact dimensions, the Aero-MAX units are simple to transport and can be used flexibly at different locations. The strong and resistant design ensures a long service life and reliable operation even under harsh conditions.
Efficient and gentle on the material
Thanks to sophisticated technology and high-quality components, the units enable a fast pressure build up to 3,000 bar while protecting the material. Convenient, easy-to-use operation occurs via a pneumatic remote control, which allows safe one-man operation.
