With the ITH PD/PSD documentation system, you can ensure maximum process reliability and traceability for all hydraulic bolting work. The digital solution has a modular structure and supports you in the seamless documentation and evaluation of your bolting processes – for maximum quality and efficiency.

Precise process monitoring
The ITH PD/PSD documentation system measures and documents all relevant parameters of the bolting process – from hydraulic pressure to bolt elongation (with PSD version). This allows you to keep an overview of the pre-load forces / preload applied at all times and provide complete proof of assembly quality.

Automatic control and application management
Thanks to the integrated APC Control (Automatic Pressure Control), the target and actual values of the hydraulic pressure are constantly compared and automatically readjusted. This ensures consistently high precision, even in the event of pressure drops due to hose expansion or setting processes in the construction.

User-friendly software
The ITH software enables convenient, easy-to-use digital application management. All bolting data can be recorded, saved and exported for evaluations or reports in a simple way. Intuitive operation occurs via a multifunctional remote control, which can optionally be mounted on the pump frame.
