[07] What is the reason for your support request?
Please enter all serial numbers of the system or device concerned. For a system with SSZ, this includes (1) the control panel, (2) the pump and (3) the clamping cylinder. | Label: The serial numbers always start with 10. or 12.
If you have a control panel, please enter the software version in the bottom right-hand corner of the application.
If available, please select or enter the error code(s) displayed on your device. This will help us to diagnose the problem more quickly.
Please give us as much information as possible about your support request.
