Fast pressure build up for efficient assembling
The hydraulic power units in the Eco-MAX series are designed for standard use with ITH Bolt Tensioning Cylinders and offer a fast pressure build up of up to 1,500 bar. This enables short assembly times and high productivity – ideal for service and assembling jobs in industrial environments.
Simple operation and flexible application options
Thanks to the multifunctional remote control and the sophisticated module design (unit design), operation is particularly user-friendly. The Eco-MAX units are designed for use by just one person and are simple to transport and quick to put into operation.
Strong and resistant construction for hardness
The weight-optimized design with aluminium protective frame ensures a long service life and reliably protects the technology – even under demanding conditions. The units are designed for long maintenance intervals and trouble-free operation.
Optional digital pressure monitoring
For maximum precision, the Eco-MAX 18 model can be equipped with the optional APC-Control pressure monitoring system. This function ensures a permanent target/actual comparison of the hydraulic pressure and thus ensures reproducible and safe bolting processes.
