From apprentice to production manager - promoting professional careers at ITH
Julian Kotthoff is the best proof that a career at ITH is possible with or without a degree. He began his training as a cutting machine operator in 2004, demonstrated commitment and quickly took on responsibility. After his training, he was promoted to deputy shift manager and completed further training as an industrial foreman while working – with the support of ITH. Today, he manages the entire production.

From trainee to deputy head of department - ITH promotes professional careers
At ITH, commitment counts – and those who prove themselves can climb the career ladder. Dennis Kurzhals is an impressive example: he started as an IT specialist for system integration in 2014 and developed the ITH Wiki – a central intranet for company data – during his training. After being taken on as an IT specialist in 2017, he specialized in IT administration and process optimization. In 2020, he became deputy head of department and is now responsible for the development of interfaces and IT systems, including the integration of the production warehouse into SAP.
