The 17th ITH Hennesee Triathlon will take place on June 27, 2026. The established sporting event at Lake Hennesee near Meschede brings together numerous athletes, teams and spectators every year. The varied course along the lake offers ideal conditions for experienced triathletes and beginners alike.
The triathlon offers various competition formats: from the sprint and fun distance to the more challenging Olympic distance and the popular relay competition, in which three team members each take on one discipline. This means that both beginners and experienced triathletes will find suitable conditions.
