4 × 25 years of ITH – you have to achieve that first!
100 years of ITH experience at one table? This is exactly what we were able to celebrate in March! Four colleagues can each look back on 25 years at ITH Bolting Technology – a whole century of commitment, expertise and solidarity. An anniversary that shows how much heart and soul we put into our company.
Four career paths, one common denominator: ITH
Frank L. – from the saw to the high-bay warehouse
After his time in the military, Frank started out as a fitter and puncher before his path led him to ITH. As the first permanent employee to work on the saw, he shaped the production area for many years – today his focus is on storage.
A real highlight of his career: the introduction of the automatically operated high-bay warehouse. “In the past, even large components had to be stored by hand, sometimes under difficult conditions,” recalls Frank.
And anyone who has ever been to an ITH Christmas party may know him from a completely different role: as an amateur DJ, Frank has provided the right atmosphere on several occasions.
Olaf T. – two weeks turned into 24 years
Olaf started at ITH in CNC turning – actually only for a short time. But the planned two weeks in electronics turned into a whole 24 years. As a trained radio and television technician, he played an important role in the development of our control systems.
He is particularly impressed by the company’s growth:
“IT used to consist of two dusty PCs – it’s hard to imagine today,” says Olaf, looking back.
Marek K. – Quality by conviction
Marek came to ITH through family contacts. He completed his training as a lathe operator in Poland and then started at ITH in conventional turning and NC. He quickly specialized in NC technology.
With his many years of experience, his know-how and his high quality standards, Marek is now an integral part of our production.
Martin K. – from the automotive sector to global service
Martin began his career in the automotive sector and initially worked in pump assembly at ITH. He later switched to service – an area that was much smaller back then than it is today.
“The company used to have more of a manufacturing character,” says Martin. He can now look back on numerous service assignments, including many abroad.
100 years of ITH – supported by strong people
Being able to celebrate four 25-year anniversaries at the same time is something very special.
“Our company thrives on loyal employees who pass on their knowledge and help build ITH over many years,” emphasizes Jörg Hohmann. Frank Hohmann also expresses his thanks for the many years of loyalty and commitment.
