The ITH Bolt Tensioning Cylinder type MS is the optimum solution for precise and safe pre-loading, pre-tensioning of bolts in radially confined and height-free applications. Benefit from a patented safety architecture and flexible application options for a wide range of bolt qualities and sizes.

Narrow design for tight space conditions
The multi-stage Bolt Tensioning Cylinder type MS was specially developed for applications where the installation space is radially restricted and the overall height is free. Thanks to its compact design, the cylinder is ideal for use in areas that are difficult to access without compromising on preload.

Patented safety for maximum reliability
The patented safety architecture of the type MS ensures maximum operational safety for every application. This minimizes risks and ensures safe operation even under demanding conditions.

Flexible designing for different bolt qualities
The Bolt Tensioning Cylinder type MS is available as standard for bolt quality 10.9 in the range M16 to M110. Special sizes and designing for other bolt qualities such as 5.6, 6.8, 8.8 and 12.9 are possible upon request and offer maximum flexibility for individual requirements.
