Precision and efficiency for parallel bolt connections
The Bolt Tensioning Cylinder type Twin from ITH enables the simultaneous pre-tensioning of two bolt connections in a single operation. The integration of two interchangeable bushes in one cylinder reduces assembly time and ensures even distribution of the preload force – a decisive advantage for flange and machine connections with small bolt spacing.
Modular design for maximum flexibility
The modular design allows the clamping cylinder to be individually adapted to different bolt sizes and connection configurations. The interchangeable bushes can be quickly exchanged so that the cylinder can be applied to different applications.
