End line & test pressure gauges Specifications

ITH end line and test pressure gauges enable reliable control of the hydraulic pressure directly at the application or in the test setup. Series 112, 150 and 151 cover all typical service and maintenance tasks in an industrial environment, from simple visual inspection to precise digital evaluation.

Reliable pressure control up to 3,000 bar
The ITH test pressure gauges are designed for working pressures up to 3,000 bar. They are used to monitor and document the hydraulic pressure during bolting work with Bolt Tensioning Cylinders and other high-pressure applications. This ensures that the process takes place within the permissible pressure range and that the desired pre-load force / preload is achieved.

112, 150 and 151 series
The 112 series as an end-of-line test pressure gauge is integrated directly into the pressure line and enables a simple visual check. The 150 series is designed as a continuity test pressure gauge and is ideal for test setups and mobile service applications. The digital Series 151 offers additional evaluation functions and is particularly suitable for precise measuring tasks and documentation requirements.

High measuring accuracy and good readability
The analog pressure gauges in the 112 and 150 series feature glycerine filling, scaling in 10 bar increments and easy-to-read scales. All steel parts are coated and the rubberized contactor for pressure gauges with a diameter of 100 millimeters ensures shock resistance. The digital 151 series is available in various accuracy classes up to 0.25 and allows particularly precise pressure recording.

Integrated into the ITH system
All test pressure gauges are matched to the ITH hydraulic components and fit seamlessly into the overall system of power units, hoses and Bolt Tensioning Cylinders. This supports safe, efficient and reproducible bolting and contributes to the long-term reliability of bolted joints.
