High pressure hoses Specifications

Reliable connection for hydraulic torque wrenches

The high-pressure hoses serve as a secure connection between the hydraulic torque wrench and the high-pressure unit. Both hose types are optimized for professional use and support constant pressure and flow values in daily operation.

1-hose system for DRS and DKS

The 1-hose system is compatible with the DRS and DKS hydraulic torque wrench types. It offers a space-saving cable solution and is designed for applications with single-acting hydraulic cylinders. A protective sheath is optionally available to further increase the service life.

2-hose system for high flow rates

The 2-hose system enables a particularly fast pressure build up and is compatible with ITH tools with 2-hose operation and ITH DAX power packs. High-flow nipples and couplings ensure high flow rates and efficient power transmission in demanding assembly processes.

Multiple lengths for maximum flexibility

Both hose systems are available in four common lengths from 3 to 6 meters. This allows assembly processes on systems of different sizes to be designed flexibly and improves accessibility and ergonomics for the operating personnel.
