Maximum safety at high pressures
The high-pressure hoses are designed for maximum operating pressures of up to 3,000 bar and are available in various versions – from standard to protective sheaths and variants with safety springs. This ensures maximum safety in demanding bolting processes.
Abrasion-resistant and durable
The resistant outer layer is specially protected against abrasion and mechanical stress. At the same time, the strong and resistant wire reinforcement ensures a long service life even under intensive operating conditions.
Flexibly usable
Thanks to the small bending radius, the hoses are ideal for tight assembly environments. Different lengths and color-coded pressure phases facilitate selection and safe use on Bolt Tensioning Cylinders.
Compatible with the ITH system approach
In combination with ITH hydraulic power units and coupling systems, the high-pressure hoses fit seamlessly into the overall ITH system. This supports safe, efficient and reproducible bolting – proven worldwide and over decades.
