Hydro-MAX series Specifications

With the electric hydraulic power units in the Hydro-MAX series, ITH offers a powerful solution for all bolting applications where precision, speed and reliability are required. The power units are tailored to the requirements of industrial bolting and impress with their innovative technology and practical design.

Innovative technology for maximum efficiency
The Hydro-MAX series sets standards in the hydraulic supply of Bolt Tensioning Cylinders. The specially developed ITH Hydro-Booster technology ensures a particularly fast pressure build up and thus short cycle times for assembling and service work. Long maintenance intervals and a weight-optimized module design (unit design) reduce downtimes and facilitate transport.

Focus on user-friendliness and safety
Convenient, easy-to-use operation occurs via various remote control variants that enable one-man operation. Automatic pressure monitoring (APC – Automatic Pressure Control) is available as an option, which permanently monitors the hydraulic pressure and automatically adjusts it if necessary. This ensures a consistently high level of process reliability, even if the pressure drops due to hose expansion or settling of the construction.

Flexibility for every application
Whether for service and assembling jobs on the construction site or for production applications in the workshop: The Hydro-MAX power packs are available in various designs, pressure phases (1,350 bar, 1,500 bar, 2,500 bar, depending on the model also 3,000 bar) and with different motor outputs. The modular design and the large selection of connection variants enable optimum adaptation to individual requirements.

Robust and durable
All models have a strong and resistant aluminum protective frame, high-quality components and a maintenance-friendly design. Optional versions with protective housing are available for use in demanding conditions.
