Innovative bolting solution
The ITH RAM system (Reaction Armless Modification) was specially developed for industrial bolting processes where occupational safety and process reliability have the highest priority. Bending and shear forces in the bolt connection are completely avoided thanks to the axial introduction of the torque.
Components for maximum efficiency
The system consists of three perfectly coordinated components:
Safe and fast assembling
Dispensing with a classic reaction arm eliminates the risk of crushing and shortens the assembly time, as counterholder measures are no longer required. At the same time, adjacent machine parts and tools are protected.
Reliable bolt locking
The ITH RAM Disc prevents the connection from loosening automatically thanks to its wedge locking principle – even under dynamic load. The optional ITH Counter Disc, which prevents the opposite side from turning, ensures maximum process reliability.
