Reaction arms for hydraulic torque wrenches type D-Flex Specifications

D-Flex reaction arms enable modular, quickly exchangeable supports for the D-Flex bolts, reduce bending moments and ensure precise tool guidance.

Modular reaction arm variants
The D-Flex reaction arms are available in five variants (A, B, C, D, E) and cover horizontal, vertical and ring-shaped applications. Each variant is precisely tailored to the requirements of different fastening situations.

Process reliability thanks to stable support
Horizontally designed “in-line” reaction arms prevent additional bending moments on the tool. This increases the service life of the system and improves the repeat accuracy of the bolt connections – an advantage in safety-critical industrial applications.

Quick and convenient handling
All reaction arms can be released, changed and securely locked in place thanks to the simple push-button mechanism. This ensures efficient processes and minimized set-up time, especially for changing applications.

Adaptable to any bolt size
The reaction arms are available for all D-Flex types from 2 to 40 and take different flats ( A/F-width ) and lengths into account. This provides maximum flexibility for design, service and maintenance.
