Space-saving connection solutions
Coupling elbows are used when hydraulic lines have to be routed in confined installation situations. The angled design allows hoses to be routed neatly without exceeding the bending radius. This reduces mechanical stress and increases the service life of the high-pressure hoses.
Safe hydraulics up to 3,000 bar
All coupling elbows are designed for high working pressures of up to 3,000 bar. Galvanized steel components, dust caps and the proven ITH sealing system ensure drip-free coupling and uncoupling. Optional safety mechanisms prevent unintentional disconnection.
Flexible distribution for multi-tensioning
Coupling distributors allow several Bolt Tensioning Cylinders to be connected in parallel to a hydraulic unit. Two, three, four or five outlets are available in different versions. This allows multi-tensioning applications to be implemented efficiently and significantly reduces set-up times.
Integrated into the ITH system
Coupling elbows and coupling distributors are part of the ITH Bolting Technology system approach. In combination with high-pressure hoses, couplings and power units, a consistent, coordinated solution is created that increases the safety, efficiency and reliability of industrial bolt connections.
