2 × 25 years of service!
25 Years of ITH: Grzegorz K.
Grzegorz has been with ITH since April 18, 2001, and is celebrating his 25th anniversary with the company this year. As a trained lathe operator, he initially began his career in conventional turning. Shortly after starting, Grzegorz also began working in the NC division, which was just getting off the ground in the early 2000s with the introduction of the first NC machines at ITH.
With his many years of experience, his precise approach to work, and his technical expertise, he has become a key pillar in the field of conventional turning. Today, he is the deputy department head in the Conventional Turning division. In this function, he makes a significant contribution to the quality of the precision components produced. His expertise, reliability, and experience make him a vital asset to the entire team.
His personal history is also closely tied to the company: He came to Germany in 2001, started a family here, and has put down permanent roots in the region. He is now even a grandfather.
25 Years of ITH: Andreas S.
Andreas S. is also celebrating 25 years with the company. A trained auto mechanic, he was among the first employees set directly for the service department—at a time when the volume of orders was growing rapidly and formal service structures were still being established.
Andreas was actively involved in this growth phase and helped shape the service division over many years. His practical experience and down-to-earth nature were always at the heart of his work.
He is also deeply involved in the community outside the company: He is originally from Meinkenbracht, works part-time as a farmer, and took over his father’s farm entirely in 2022. He also serves as secretary of the volunteer fire department, thereby contributing to the community on a volunteer basis. The fact that he was crowned shooting champion in 2000 underscores his deep connection to the region.
Management is honoring these two anniversaries with great appreciation: “We would like to thank them for a combined total of 50 years of loyal operation and wish them both all the best—both professionally and personally.”
