After six trainees successfully completed their apprenticeships at ITH back in January, the management team, together with the Human Resources department, was able to congratulate additional graduates in July on passing their final exams and present them with their certificates. Through dedication, expertise, and perseverance, they have earned their professional qualifications over the past few years, thereby reaching an important milestone in their personal and professional development. “We place a high value on apprenticeship training, and we are proud to now offer training in nine different trades,” said Managing Director Frank Hohmann.
During a small ceremony, the now-former trainees were presented with their certificates. “Another year of training has come to an end, and once again we are pleased to welcome you as new skilled workers. We offer you our heartfelt congratulations,” said Managing Director Jörg Hohmann at the certificate presentation. “You have successfully completed your training, and you can be proud of that. We’re delighted for you, because you are the next generation who will help shape our future.”
At the same time, the managing directors emphasized the opportunities for professional growth within the company: “At ITH, you have the opportunity to continue developing your skills even after you complete your apprenticeship. Even during your apprenticeship, we strive to give you responsibility early on. Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, this step becomes even more significant. We hope you were able to gain a wealth of professional and personal experience during your apprenticeship.”
