Sports, team spirit, and plenty of great conversation: At this year’s Sparkassen Business Run HSK in Meschede, a total of 11 colleagues for Team ITH took to the starting line. Together, they completed the approximately 5 km route through Meschede, proving that a business run is about much more than just athletic performance—it is, above all, about coming together.
In recent years, the Sparkassen Business Run has grown into one of the region’s premier team events. Each year, thousands of participants from a wide range of companies gather to get active and strengthen their team bonds. The focus is not on record times or competitive ambition, but rather on health, community, and the simple joy of staying active.
For our colleagues, the five kilometers flew by just as quickly. Along the route and at the finish line, there were plenty of opportunities to chat, forge new connections, and experience colleagues outside the daily work routine. The relaxed atmosphere, mutual support, and great vibes once again made the event a truly special experience.

We are already looking forward to the next edition of the Business Run and hope to see an even larger team at the starting line next year.
