Pneumatic hydraulic pumps: ITH Travel-MAX
In a construction zone electric power supplies can be difficult to access. For these applications ITH developed the pneumatic pump Aero-MAX series and Travel-MAX. All ITH pneumatic pumps can be powered with standard air pressure systems. Typical applications for these pumps are bolt connections at the oil and gas industry (especially offshore) and special explosion-proof units are available as an option.

Features, functions and technical data of the ITH Travel-MAX 41
Robust transport case made of strengthened synthetic material, inclusive telescopic arm for easy transport.
Transport trolley with robust throw latches (lockable), three non-slip hand grips, integrated wheels and telescopic arm.
Two hydraulic connectors for the connection of one or more ITH bolt tensioning cylinders and hydraulic shut-off valve below.
Left side: Pneumatic gauge for display the pneumatic air pressure.
Right side: Hydraulic gauge for display the hydraulic output pressure.
Service unit with pneumatic shutt-off valve, pneumatic pressure adjusting valve and oiler.
Fine filter including condensate outlet device and air pressure connection ( Ø 10 mm, adaptable). The fine filter protects the pneumatic circle from smaller dirt parts which is especially useful for applications in very dusty or sandy environments.
