Social commitment by supporting education and sport

Although being an international company ITH has a strong connection to its home region "Sauerland" which is located in the western part of Germany. With its engagement towards the area's public education and sport  activities ITH contributes to society continously.

ITH is convinced that good education has a high priority in society and that it is a key factor to sustainably improve society. 

We support several educational institutions in the Sauerland region around Meschede. For example we support the technical courses at school like physics or math with new equipment. On the other hand we organize long term projects with schools and universitys, for example the project "Management Ltd." or the  "Girls Day" - a program for girls in technical jobs. 

This offers young talents a chance to get a first impression about their possible future profession. We also participate regularly at the job information fair in Meschede "BIB - Berufsinformationsbörse". The event itself goes back to an initiative of ITH company founder Hans Hohmann.

Regular physical activities contribute to your health and improve the general well-being. Furthermore kids gain helpful experience and are looked after in sport clubs. Therefore ITH promotes sports for their employees, like regular participation at the soccer turnament "Company's Cup" (3 x Winner) or at the "Meschede Company Run". ITH supports the „ITH-Hennesee-Triathlon“ as a co-organizer and sponsor and we also support sports clubs to trains the youth.

ITH is proud to be  co-organizer and main sponsor of the  anual ITH-Hennesee-Triathlon,  which  takes place at  the Hennesee  in Meschede, Germany.
